But please don't use plastic padding. The cake is in a rectangular cardboard box, easy to store in the fridge or freezer. The cake defrosted in the fridge very well. Be patient! It was very tasty. It wasn't too bitter from the cocoa, but not too sweet either. The added fruit made it even more tasty. I recommend this cake.
